SHIPPING TIME
All orders are shipped within 7-10 days of you placing the order using USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 13 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For some shipping companies, it takes 10 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
